Based on previous years and current registration trends, we expect approximately 1,200-1,500 attendees, including tourism students, industry professionals, government officials, and international delegates. The audience represents a diverse cross-section of the Philippine tourism ecosystem.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, sponsors will receive a full refund of their sponsorship fee. If the event format changes (e.g., from in-person to virtual), we will work with sponsors to adjust benefits accordingly and offer partial refunds if the value proposition is significantly altered.
